FAQ – Digital Downloads

After your purchase is complete, you'll receive an email with a secure download link — usually within minutes. You can also access your files anytime by logging into your account and visiting your Order History.

Your download link is available for 30 days from the date of purchase and allows up to 5 downloads. If you need additional access, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, make sure the email address on your order is correct. You can also log into your account to access your order directly. Still having trouble? Contact us and we'll sort it out quickly.

Most of our products are delivered as PDF files, which are universally compatible. Some products may also include PNG or JPG image files. The specific formats are listed on each product page.

Yes! PDF files can be opened on any device using a free app such as Adobe Acrobat Reader (iOS & Android), Apple Books, or Google Drive. Simply download the file and open it with your preferred app.

Absolutely. PDFs open natively in most browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge) and with any PDF reader on Mac or Windows. No special software is required.

Yes! Our products are designed to print beautifully at home or at a local print shop. We recommend printing on cardstock (80–110 lb) for the best results. Standard US Letter (8.5" × 11") or A4 paper works for most items.

This varies by product. Fillable PDFs can be completed digitally using Adobe Acrobat Reader or similar apps. Non-fillable PDFs are designed for printing and handwriting. Each product page notes whether it is digitally fillable.

Each product is sized as noted on its product page. Most are US Letter or A4. For card decks, we recommend printing at 100% scale (do not scale to fit) to maintain the correct dimensions.

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital downloads. If you experience a technical issue with your file, please contact us — we'll make it right.
